Welcome to The Little Green Cottage
• Private 2 bedroom beach cottage in Carolina Beach
• Just a 3 minute walk to the beach
• Cute porch with rocking chairs and hammocks!

The Space
• One queen bedroom and one twin bunk bed room
• Full kitchen with all essential amenities
• Fenced in back yard - pet friendly!
• Outdoor Shower, outdoor dining facilities
• Front porch with hammocks, rocking chairs and string lights
• High-speed WiFi & Smart Roku TV’s
• Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 3 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Do not lean bikes or other beach gear against the screen on the front porch
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• The weight limit for the hammock swings are 275 pounds per swing. Please do not exceed this limit.
• The weight limit for the bottom bunk is 225 pounds, and the weight limit for the top bunk is 200 pounds. Please do not exceed these limits.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The cottage is located perfectly; being close to the beach, boardwalk, lake, and restaurants but still in a quiet, cozy part of town. The cottage is extremely clean and the linens are crisp and clean, too. The fenced in backyard is secure and private and perfect for dogs and kids. Lots of things to do around town and the beaches are well kept. Gorgeous landscaping with beautiful palms and lilies. This place is a must stay if you’re looking for a memorable beach experience.

Absolute Pawfection!
Had an absolute blast staying at the little green cottage! Close to all that Carolina Beach has to offer and absolutely perfect for those who travel with pets! The owners really good above and beyond to make sure that you and your pup feel right at home. Fenced yard was great so our Husky could run around. The outside shower/hose was great for cleaning up paws/feet after spending all day at the beach! Prime location with Carolina Beach Lake Park being so close! Short drive from Carolina Beach State Park - yet another perfect place to walk your dog! I’ve never seen our Husky so tired before. We had a blast!

Tropical Storm!
The weather didn’t cooperate, but the house sure did! Hosts were amazing and communicative, and the home was perfect for my girlfriend, our dog, and I. Definitely recommend a golf cart and/or bikes because this cottage is close to everything! Had an epic time. Will be back.

Okay place
Aesthetically the place is cute and appeared clean. The location is good with a few minute walk to the beach. Upon arrival we notice the front door latch seemed broke and the door for the fenced in back yard was broken. Making each space not so dog friendly. When we turned on the water it smelt like sewage every time. The water needed to run for about 5 minutes before this odor subsided. This includes the sinks and the indoor and outdoor showers. The floor/foundation also seemed questionable in a few spots feeling like it was giving in and obviously angled in a few areas.

This house is perfect for a small family and a pet. The fenced in back yard was a huge bonus for our four year old and puppy. We loved the front porch hammock swings as well.

We wanted to hit up Carolina Beach for a short stay with our pup. It was a great home for just this occasion. It was a small cottage, and would have felt crowded with more people, but it was perfect for us. Walkable to everything Carolina Beach has to offer. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway after a stressful couple of weeks at work. This cottage had the old beach vibe we loved growing up but in a modern way! Very relaxing and lots of things to do nearby. Loved the Ft.Fisher aquarium and also took the ferry to Southport. Cottage accomodations were perfect for the two of us!

Coziest beaxh cottage ever
Where to start. This little green cottage was the perfect weekend escape. Walkable to all restaurants down the strip of Carolina beach, you’re just steps from fun. I came during a cold rainy weekend but couldn’t care less bc I was warm inside. Being dog friendly made it super easy to pack the pups and bring them with me. Will be staying here again when it’s warm. Such a delightful stay!
