Assigned covered parking for up to two vehicles with a storage closet for all of your beach toys.

This is the first time this property has been on the rental market. An extreme attention to detail makes each guests stay an enjoyable experience. Enjoy a 5 star experience like my other oceanfront properties in Carolina Beach Vrbo 1317199 and Vrbo 469392. Use the ratings of these properties as a reference until sufficient ratings are established at this one.

Pamper yourself while at the beach. This unit showcases stunning ocean/sunrise views from the open concept living area with recessed lighting and spacious covered oceanfront deck. This property is located just a 10 minute walk south of the Boardwalk along a quiet street and a wide strand of beach. You're close enough not to drive but far enough away to avoid the crowds.

The beautifully renovated kitchen boasts shaker-style cabinets, quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, new LG black stainless appliances, and a deep oversized sink/high-end faucet.

Both the master and guest baths have been completely renovated, with custom hand-cut Italian subway tile, and 35" inch height vanities. The master bath features a multi jet shower.

The entire property from wall, to floors, to ceiling has been upgraded with acoustical sound deadening insulation. Solid core cottage style interior doors add to the quiet and calm feel of this property.

To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff makes the beds before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels that we provide. Pack lightly because you can wash clothes in the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Keeping it simple for our guests is our goal -- but remember your beach towels, beach chairs, and sunscreen. Beach chairs and umbrellas may also be rented by three companies who will deliver and setup in front of the building on the beach.

MY COMMITMENT is to provide our guests with a clean comfortable stay. Upon checkout our cleaning staff spends 3 hours deep cleaning in this COVID-19 era and preparing the property for the next guests.

We have all experienced superficial cleaning at hotels and rental properties which appear clean on the surface but upon closer inspection you know its not as it appears. My personal goal is to have this property cleaned to a level that meets or exceeds your expectations.

The location was super! It was nicely updated and decorated really cute. However, the finishes were cheap and in disrepair. One of the patio sliders wouldn’t lock. The master shower door kept coming off of the track. And the second tub/shower wouldn’t drain and filled up with standing water.

This condo was exactly what we needed as a group of 4 women getting away for a long weekend! The kitchen was very well stocked with any supplies that we needed, the condo was very clean, and the walk to the beach couldn't have been shorter. We had an awesome extended weekend with our friends in this wonderful condo. Both couples had king size beds in the bedrooms, and essentially, our own bathrooms. Also, the balcony was perfect and the view was absolutely amazing!! Rick, the owner, was VERY responsive. We had a snafu with a lost key fob, on the day of departure, and it was almost a HUGE situation. In the midst of the stress, Rick was so empathetic. He didn't rush us, and even though he was in midst of his own busy Monday, he was responsive in between his tasks; and he called and offered suggestions during the whole ordeal. His last suggestion of checking the local FB page to see if someone found the fob, on the beach, was worth gold!!! It was there. This tells me that this owner is someone who cares, and it shows in the quality of the rental because we had everything that we needed for our stay. The comfort level of it all was top tier!! Highly recommended!!! And we will definitely return!! Thanks Rick!!
