Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the lower floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. Exceeding this number will be at a rate of $400 per person UP TO 4 people (GREEN HOUSE) and 6 people based on the home rented. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

Love the beach access!
It was a very nice space and love that the beach is right out the back door! Lovely outdoor space and spacious inside. Only negatives are I wish there were more pillows and extra blankets and if there are guests staying upstairs you can hear each step they take. Otherwise throughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, right on the beach!
Our first trip to Carolina Beach was one to remember! This home was top-notch and fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook, clean up after yourself and relax. A very cozy and inviting home all around with comfortable beds and furniture. And so, so clean. I’ve never stayed at an oceanfront home before and I absolutely loved that. Is there anything worse than going to the beach (with kids) and having to deal with sand in the car?? At this home, you won’t have to! The hosts were so friendly and communicated very well, which makes the process just so much easier. The location is great too! Just a short drive from the boardwalk area. I personally liked having the little bit of distance from the busier in town area. I felt so at home here and can’t wait to come back!

Great lower level stay at Carolina Beach. The check in process was very simple and the communication from the owner was above and beyond what was expected. Tons of room, very comfortable beds and great walkway to beach. Would love to come back and stay over the summer. No issues, and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Carolina Beach.

A breathe of fresh air

Very impressive property. One of the cleanest owners you will find. This is one of the rare property's I have found where the "in person" experience matches the website photos. Owner is extremely easy to work with and is overall very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and 100% recommend.
