This spacious 2 BR 2 bath first floor unit provides beach access and is a short walk away from restaurants, the boardwalk, and other attractions in Carolina Beach.

Let your stress dissolve as you relax on the Atlantic-facing deck at 'Seaside Serenity.'
Whether you're taking a dip in the pool during the warmer months or savoring the sand between your toes, your experience here will undoubtedly call you back.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed with direct access to a balcony overlooking the ocean. TV with Roku, private bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: King-size bed, front porch. Direct access to the second full bathroom for added convenience.

- Kitchen: Equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer in the closet, Keurig, drip coffee maker with provided filters, and a French press. We supply a some k-cups and coffee bar.

- Dining Area: Full-size table for 6 where your family can savor meals you've prepared together or enjoy take-out from nearby eateries.

- Living Room: The queen pull-out sleeper is here to accommodate. Balcony with a oceanside view. TV with cable and Roku. Board games, cards, and books for added entertainment.

- Ocean Side Deck: Relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves and catch breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of your own deck.

- Street Side Balcony/Porch: Enjoy fresh air on your private porch connected to the second bedroom. You'll even find a storage closet stocked with beach apparel for your use.

Beyond the comforts of our condo, you'll find an array of enticing options:
- Location: Just a short walk away from the Boardwalk and a variety of restaurants, including Nollie's Tacos, Sea Witch Cafe, and Stoked, among others.
- Exploration: Embark on a short drive to the Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach State Park, or the Kure Beach area. For a change of scenery, head over to downtown Wilmington, where the River Walk and Airlie Gardens await. Don't miss the chance to take the ferry to Southport for delightful dining and charming shops. The possibilities are endless!

PLEASE NOTE there is one flight of stairs and NO elevator, first floor is elevated above parking area
- Bed linens and bath towels provided with cleaning
- Please bring your own beach towels
- Children are very welcome but unit is not baby proof
- 2 temporary parking passes provided, free onsite parking. Please NOTE parking can be tight in peak season and is tandem style parking in lanes.
- HOA rules: no trash on stairwells at any time, parking passes must be visible at all times and responsible party reachable.
- No Pets, No smoking, No parties
- Pest Control comes monthly and is mandatory by the HOA. This is usually the 2nd Friday of the month.
- Doorbell camera present. This device does record for security. There are no interior cameras or cameras on decks/porches.
- Pool is now open for the 2025 season!

Can you say RELAXATION?

Such a wonderful stay! We came here for our 20th Anniversary getaway with our brother and sister in law! We all enjoyed, kitchen was well stocked, beds so comfy and a short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect, peaceful and beautiful. Hope to come back soon !

Perfect Getaway

Seaside Serenity is exceptionally clean, comfortable, well appointed and thoroughly equipped. You won't need for anything! Very cozy, comfortable deck for watching the sunrise and enjoying the sound of the ocean. The only minor drawback is the assigned parking configuration. Host was very responsive and pleasant.

Great space!

The condo was beautiful and stocked with anything we needed. The host was informative and quick with responses to questions. Beautiful sunrises over the ocean right from the deck. For any fans of Summer I Turned Pretty, as my daughter is, there were multiple filming locations within walking distance including the boardwalk and Fat Pelican. Fort Fisher is 15 minutes away and the country club and downtown Wilmington about 30 minutes.

Pleasantly Perfect!

I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to stay. Leah went above and beyond with extras. Very well stocked with those little things that we often need to pick up when we are on a vacation. The awesome ratings got our attention and were certainly earned. Very clear and detailed instructions made checking in , checking out, and our overall stay perfect!

Best stay ever in Carolina Beach!

We couldn't have asked for more. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed... very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and wonderful coffee bar! Loved hearing the ocean at night and watching the sunrise on the balcony. Parking was a breeze as we were there during the beginning of the off season.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and set up thinking of everything so that missing an essential item doesn’t ruin your whole trip. The pack and play was great to have as well. It has been tastefully updated and I wanted to spend more nights in the comfortable bed watching the sunrise!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was even better than advertised! The location was great, right by the pool and just a very short walk to the beach. The beds and pillows were incredible comfortable! The couches and outdoor furniture were also very nice! The coffee station was excellent, and it was very convenient having laundry in the condo. We would definitely come back!

Carolina Beach Vacation

We loved the condo for our family’s one-week stay. I was nervous about the parking, but it was a breeze, plus the location is such that we rarely needed to drive anyway. The condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy, and the AC worked great. We honestly had zero complaints!

Cute condo

The condo was roomy enough for two couples, easy check-in, very clean, and all the little extras fully stocked. The deck was great, plenty of room to sit and read as well as dine al fresco. Communication with Leah was 5 star. The only two drawbacks for us were the unassigned parking (we had to juggle cars a few times) and the fact that the condo backed to the pool as there were screaming children every day which made it hard for us to relax. Great family place but adults may want something more quiet. Thanks for sharing your condo, Leah!

Great Stay!

We had such a great stay here. The house is within walking distance to the boardwalk, public beach access and to shops and restaurants. They have thought of everything you could need including beach toys, kitchen utensils and cookware extra linens and toiletries. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony facing the pool for breakfast and the balcony facing the street at night. Highly recommend staying here. The host was very fast to answer any questions we had. Book here you wont regret it!

Clean and Relaxing

Condo was extremely clean and very well appointed. All the extra touches were noted and appreciated. Location to the beach was excellent. Only negative noted was the parking situation. You must park in a narrow row, front to back. While you do “have” a spot assigned, you can easily be blocked in and you are relying on being able to get in contact with the 2 other vehicle owners to get out. This made me feel very anxious in regards to an emergency situation when you may need to get your car out quickly. There is “overflow” spots but the situation is the same. Host was great to work with and very responsive.

Impressive!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything is clean and convenient. The view is absolutely breathtaking and listening to the ocean. Waves falling asleep is beyond therapeutic! Location is great within walking distance to many restaurants. Host did a wonderful job communicating and making self available if needed. I love my day and I would 100% recommend to stay to anyone!
