Bed had sand in them before we used them, like it wasn't really cleaned bed sheets in one of the beds was our only main issue, Other than It rained the entire time we were there but that is not the properties' fault. At night its hard-to-find parking due to the restaurant next door, however, they do give you 10 percent off your food/drinks while staying at the hotel at the restaurant next door. Lastly, the Dog area was not cleaned up, people left their dog poo everywhere. The staff was great and very friendly, and place was affordable, so I rated them a 4-star, due to their friendliness.

Spiders on ceiling above beds, uncleaned and broken tile floors, urine on walls, dirty vents, drunks and drug users were fighting outside of room on the night we stayed. absolutely...it was a nightmare. I hate being negative, but this place earned all of these comments.

We apologize for the spider web on the wall. The rest of this review is not true and it's very disheartening that you would post this. We offered to move your room even after you stayed a whole night and didn't have a single complaint after check in. We cleaned that room again right away and offered to move your room and even after you agreed, you never returned and we refunded your money. Thanks for the feedback though!

I had the best time with my grandson! The people were friendly, it was clean and well kept. The restaurant was amazing and so much fun! Was able to walk to attractions!

Out of date! No iron, no blow dryer, and not even a phone! Night staff is very disrespectful and mattress cover smelt like piss! It was the worst place I ever stayed at and I travel once to twice a month

Thank you for your response! We apologize that your puppy peed on the mattress in a non pet room as you did not share with us that you were bringing a pet. The night shift staff explained this as well even after you both said it was not your dog. We do have the above items mentioned at the front desk. Hope this clears some confusion up. However, it was a pleasure having you here and hope you enjoyed your stay after your room was switched.
