Come join us at “The Sand Bucket”. We are located at 405 Fourth Street N in the upper apartment. The Sand Bucket is a great location only four blocks to the beach, Carolina Beach’s famous Boardwalk and Britts donuts. The Sand Bucket was remodeled in 2023. The Sand Bucket has a queen bed in the bedroom, one bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The Sand Bucket love’s pets so Fido is welcome. There is High speed WiFi and a smart TV. The Sand Bucket patio includes a gas grill in case you want to cook out. Also a shared fenced courtyard. Bring your boat! The Ample parking on site allows for parking a boat. Carolina Beach boast two boat ramps for easily launching of a boat for fishing or recreation!

Amazing little getaway!
We loved our stay, the property was amazing and the location was great to walk to everything we wanted to do! The property manager was also very easy to get in contact with. Will definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave a 4 star for accuracy of online listing is that both me and my best friend missed the fact that it was a split level property that shared an outdoor space when reading the property details. I brought my dog and he is anxious and doesn’t like small dogs so we couldn’t use the yard at all as there was someone downstairs with 2 small dogs. I just think it’s a little dangerous to share a yard with strangers dogs since you never know how dogs will react to each other, but we didn’t run into any issues with the dogs thank goodness and now that we know we can prepare for it next time, especially since it’s such a nice outdoor space!

This little apartment was very clean and quiet. The bedroom did get warm at night, but we liked the abundance of natural light from all the windows. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk instead of trying to find parking. Our first morning we were a bit dismayed to discover that the kitchen did not include coffee filters for the coffee maker, though. A few pantry staples (sugar packets, salt & pepper) would have been helpful, too. Overall, a great place to stay!

perfect for two people
this location is amazing! you’re right by the beach and the CB boardwalk with tons of amazing restaurants nearby. the unit is small so I wouldn’t book IF it’s more than two people but it had everything we needed. there is a possibility that you could be there at the same time as someone in the lower unit with loud dogs. the first two days their dogs barked nonstop every time they left, but it was under control after that. we coexisted just fine. I highly recommend staying here if you desire to be close to all of the festivities in carolina beach. the only thing I could recommend for the owners is to leave a swiffer mop for the guests due to how easily the sand transfers onto the floor. we swept a lot but sometimes it’s difficult to get it all. thank you for allowing us to stay! we enjoyed it very much and would love to stay again!

Very Cozy, Clean and Great Location!
We were happy with our stay. The room was simple, but very cozy and clean. As far as location, we were very close to plenty to eat, the boardwalk and just a short trip to several beach access. Suzanne was great with communication! Made us feel welcome and was even understanding about a mix-up with our pets. Great value for how long we stayed. Especially in the summer. Thumbs up from me! 👍😄

Anniversary getaway
This is the cutest place for a couple to stay. Extremely close to board walk with great restaurants and beach. Very clean. Nice fenced in area for your dog. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will book this place in the future visits to Carolina Beach. Thanks for a great anniversary getaway

Small one-bedroom apartment perfect for one or two people for a weekend beach getaway. Property was clean and neighboorhood felt like a safe area. Short walk away from the town/beach area. Would definitely come back here again!

Very nice new rental
Apartment was very clean. Perfect size for two people. Shower is very small. Not a lot of kitchen supplies so if you like to cook you probably need to bring some things. Quick 5 minute walk to stores, beach etc. Overall very nice!

Clean and comfortable!
We had a great time visiting Carolina Beach and having a beautiful clean home to return to after a long hot day at the beach was perfect. The walk to the beach is not far and there are sidewalks. Plenty of parking at the home too. We had a great experience with Suzanne and her brother. Responses were quick and check in was easy. There is a wonderful park for kids a block away. We were close to everything! Wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!!
