We were given this accomodation after our awful experience in Ostuni. It was out in the sticks with nothing nearby. We arrived late so were offered dinner, which we welcomed as there was no alternative nearby. The food and rooms are basic with hard lumpy pillows and no real room service, attempting to make a bed and not actually do anything else is not room service in a so called 4 star hotel.. No kettle in the room and no wifi or phone signal. We ventured out one night but found the surrounding area devoid of life with everything shut. If we hadnt had a car we would have struggled. We checked out a day early but were charged 65 euro for our complimentary dinner. We explained, asked to speak to a manager but no one turned up. Expedia's customer service is not great when things go wrong. Putting us out in the sticks when we had booked a stay in ostuni was a horrendous experience. Thos hotel is tired and barely has the basics so save your money and do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

There’s a slightly old-fashioned feeling to this hotel, though this is mainly a good thing. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are wonderful; the food is excellent and the swimming pool superb. A decent tennis court too. Rooms are clean and pleasant, but could do with a little updating: air- conditioning was a bit of a mystery and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. New bed covers would easily improve the look of the rooms, though the beds themselves were good. The area itself is pretty empty and the nearest town with a supermarket seems to be about seven or eight miles away, so you really need a car, and parking at the resort is free and plentiful. Also an easy drive from the airport. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Inizio con segnalare che la struttura non rispecchia in nessun settore i requisiti di un 4 stelle e sottolineo i motivi: -Nessun apparecchio telefonico in camera quindi nessun collegamento con la reception/servizio clienti; -Non c’è il servizio trasporto bagagli; -Nessuna connessione a internet; -Mancavano i doppi cuscini; -Nessun riassetto camera pomeridiano; -Armadio senza ante molto spartano e con 4 grucce; -Arredamento molto spartano della camera e del bagno; -Manca il necessario per la cura e l’igiene; -Fon del bagno non a norma perché posto sul lavabo; -Poca cura nelle strutture in generale; -Accessori bagno rotti/arrugginiti; -Piatto doccia scheggiato In vari punti; -Nessun servizio lavanderia; -Nessun servizio prima colazione in camera; -Ristorante paragonabile a una mensa sia per l’ambiente che per il servizio del self service assistito; -Personale in generale poco qualificato in tutti i settori. -Nessuna varietà di alimenti soprattutto a colazione mancava sempre la frutta, tipi di yoghurt, frutta secca ecc. -Cibi poco genuini e non tipici; -Scarsa cura nella preparazione dei piatti.

Heerlijk strandje op loopafstand, mooie groene omgeving en leuk opgezet park met de appartementenblokjes. Ideaal het watertappunt om onze doppers meerdere keren per dag te vullen. Jammer dat er alleen WiFi was bij de bar en dat alles gericht was op Italiaanse gasten. Minder aantrekkelijk voor gasten uit andere landen die geen/weinig Italiaans spreken. Heerlijke tijd gehad.

Un weekend senza piscina
Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perché aveva la piscina. Giunti in piscina ci è stato detto che la stessa era inutilizzabile in quanto, per colpa di piogge avute giorni prima, aveva bisogno di manutenzione. Potevano prepararla prima oppure specificare sul sito che la piscina non era utilizzabile dagli ospiti. Giunti al ristorante la mattina seguente, abbiamo scelto il tavolo più vicino al bar in quanto non ci è stato indicato dove sederci da nessuno. Dopo aver appoggiato la nostra intera colazione sul tavolo e pronti per mangiare, il direttore di sala ci ha invitato a spostarci di tavolo in maniera poco elegante. Credo che sarebbe stato meglio lasciarci lì dove eravamo, piuttosto che farci spostare, visto inoltre che la sala aveva solo 3 tavoli occupati su un totale di forse 100 tavoli. Ci è sembrato poco professionale e soprattutto inutile. Il resto, tutto ok. Anzi, perfetto!

Bel villaggio in una zona stupenda vicino ad Ostuni. Buona organizzazione,ristorante degno di un 4 stelle con un ottimo servizio da parte del personale Receptionist sempre pronte a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta! Ottimo direttore Animazione top ,ringrazio e saluto tutti i ragazzi dell'animazione in particolar modo Pier ,Daniele ,Simone e Miriam Purtroppo la camera assegnatami non era tra le migliori,sia per l'arredamento (sul sito le camere triple sono ben diverse),sia per il piccolo balconcino dove ci stavano a malapena 2 sedie Quello che però mi ha dato maggior fastidio è stato il bussare alla porta la mattina alle 8.15/8.30 da parte delle donne delle pulizie per la fretta di riordinare le camere Dopo la segnalazione in reception non hanno più bussato alla nostra porta anche se sentivamo bussare nelle altre camere ... Tra l'altro le pulizie delle camere si possono migliorare sopratutto sotto i letti e negli angoli A parte questo è stata una piacevole settimana
