Avis Villa in Carovigno with 6 bedrooms sleeps 12

What a stay! We loved it very much.... 5 Stars!

You have not been able to give us feedback on our case which we have spent many hours of our holiday solving together with you. The last thing you try is to say that we have only booked for 10 people, here I am only referring to the booking and email from you. 12 pcs. The issue now is that we are going to claim you for a refund for a ruined holiday, we have booked a villa on your website that says 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 200m2. What meets us is a villa with 4 bedrooms, the last 4 sleeping places are in an annex about which there is no information on your website, not even a picture. Here there is dirt and bearded creatures and insects that we have to move out of, so we have to get the 4 people into a hotel. We spend a lot of time talking to you on the phone without a solution, just frustration. We have been told that a supervisor should contact us on 1 August, we have not heard anything.
