Great family time in perfect luxury apartments!!!

The apartment is spotless clean (I always pay attention to details), Olena was very friendly and very helpful with suggestions. Another amazing feature that the apartment has literally everything you need, including beach towels, umbrella and chairs, first aid kit and aloe Vera to make your vacation as comfortable as can be. Especially thanks to pet friendly option, because a lot of places not allowed dogs, and here my baby can be with me in home comfort. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Quaint Get Away
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return.

Great, safe location to beach and other walking trails literally within a 2 minute walk. Elana is the best host and highly responsive!
One of the best property rental decisions we have made - wish they could all follow the recipe of this one.
Made for a great Thanksgiving dinner and holiday as a result!

Retreat for a retreat
Publié le 27 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayCute place with fun decor. This was a great little home-away-from-home for two friends attending a retreat in the area. A short walk to the beach. All the basics needed for comfort. Loved the lemon verbena soap and lotion and the tar removal packets. Would stay again in the future.

Fantastic value close to the beach
