Correspondence from the owner was unmatched and on point. We wanted for nothingand we most definitely recommend this gem for ypur next Carpinteria getaway.

Perfect Location
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic stay. This condo is in the perfect location, one block to the sand and a short walk into town. The condo itself is perfect for a couple or family of 3. It has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Mark was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this place.

Quiet, comfortable, great location!
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayI was in Carpinteria for work and stayed in this quiet, comfortable place for three nights. It has everything you'd want, including a full kitchen. I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. I'd definitely stay here again!

Carp by the Beach
Publié le 19 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMark was so easy to deal with. He answered all our questions promptly and his intro packet was very helpful. We stayed there almost three weeks. On our third day, the disposal stopped working. We notified Mark and the next day it was fixed. That was how easy it was to work with him. It was a great place tostay.
