My experience was terrible yeah the facility looked nice but how in the hell do you lose water in your room you think close to 400 a night can assist help pay to keep the building up to PAR. I had a party of 5 which 4 of them were from the age of 7 to 13 shower last 2 1/2 kids the third kid shower completely went off mid shower she had to use the sink to finish so sad staff really didNt seem to care but say
