Overpriced for what we got. $120 for a small apartment that was dusty and not that clean ie worn old couch. Big crack in a bedroom door (hope they don't blame us). Glad to have a washer but no laundry soap. Happy that they delivered some to us. Glad to have a kitchen but missing some basics ie salt and pepper and frying pan. Stay was OK but not a good value. But it's a small town with limited hotels so I guess it's supply and demand and they can charge what they want. Had to self check in as no one was in the office to greet us. For the price we paid, I'm used to better service and a better room.

I am sorry that you were not completely happy with your stay Mrs. Quain, I can assure you that we maintain competitive rates with the hotels in our area. I also wanted to apologize for the crack in your bedroom door and I really appreciate you bringing this to my attention, that is why I offered to move you to another room. When you declined and said that you wanted to stay in the room you were assigned, you asked me about the washer and dryer. I made sure you knew that those were absolutely for your own use and when you told me you needed detergent, I explained that I was helping a guest in another room, but would be happy to bring you a few pods so you didn’t have to buy any. If you are ever in our area again, please reach out to us directly, as we would like the chance to make your stay a more positive one.

They had a washer and dyer in the rooms, but the beds were kind of hard

First time stay

First time stay at The Eagle’s Den Had to be in town for a family funeral. Check in was easy Staff is courteous and friendly

Very Clean insids and outside of building. Kitchen was in excellent condition. The Room was very clean and every applience worked well. The shower was amazing.
