My first room (207) had:
No tv
No coffee
No working faucet
No working phone
No ice or way to make ice
My second room (205) had:
No coffee
No phone
No freezer
No ice maker for the building
The staff was almost never at the front desk.
I had to use my cell phone to try to contact the front desk because the room phones never worked and they seldom answered.
Going to the front desk was almost a waste of time because normally no one was there, for almost 75% of the time.
They ran out of cereal.
They ran out of orange juice and apple juice.
They had a little selection of a few donuts one day. That was all. One day.
The breakfast bar was definitely subpar from other places I have stayed at and even considering other Super8 Motels.
I was very unhappy staying there, but the second room supplied me with a bed and tv. I do feel it was definitely not a place I will ever stay again if I ever have to go through the experience of the first room again. Even the cables were disconnected from some of the electronic equipment in the first room. Why in the heck were they even trying to put a person in the room if nothing was ever arranged for a person to stay?
The main person in-charges was the main problem. It was like it was just something she I guess had to deal with, but the second person was very nice and helpful. I tried to deal with the second female the most. She was courteous and helpful. The main manager was just not there was just barely going through motions.

We pre-booked/pre-paid our stay for Monday night leaving Tuesday. Upon arrival it took a half an hour before anyone came to the front desk to check in. There was a long line of customers also waiting. We called the phone multiple times with no answer. I walked down through the hallways to see if anyone was available to help. 8 or 9 rooms were being ‘cleaned’ but nobody was around. When we finally got to check in, they had already booked our room the night before to someone else. Mind you we had already paid for a 1 king bedroom, moved to a 2 queen. Our family member also booked a room and they gave her a room that was so unbelievably dirty they had to switch rooms. Apart from that, our non-smoking room smelt like smoke from the bedding. The top blanket had cigarette burn holes in multiple places.

Bed was fine, no housekeepers and advertised as breakfast only had raisin bran and a waffle maker.

I went to my room smell like mold . So i left check in at a defrent hotel the name hotel was day inn in Carroll , to me they alot of health related stuff wrong

Extremely disappointed.
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHallways were filthy, no towels in our room. TV cable box missing but was replaced. Almost no food for free breakfast. No juice. Room keys wouldn’t work in the morning. Owner walked dog and did not pooper scoop dogs waste.
Not worthy of Super 8 franchise.

Location was the only feature acceptable.
The smell of sewer backing up was horrible. Toilet bowl had a ring showing that it hadn't been clean in some time. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, a blood stain greeted me.
If you're looking for some place to stay, please look somewhere else.
