While we appreciate guests feedback this one leaves me perplexed. You were a no-show according to our records and did not cancel your reservation within the time frame per your agreement with the third party. I always choose this hotel when I visit the area. Price is reasonable, clean, staff very friendly, and it is close to shopping/eatery.
