One wall of the room did not have power to the lights / outlets. I had to complain twice before it got fixed. Room was not the cleanest, with debris up against some walls, and a hair in the shower and sink. Bedding was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Slept well. Room very much needs some renovation, as it is showing its age.

First, the price was amazing for the experience we got. We were in a little bit of a slump and had already stayed at another hotel around, which was absolutely awful & for the same amount. At the price we paid online to book here, I honestly didnt have high expectations but this Quality Inn and the staff truly surprised me with their friendliness and accommodating services!! And that can be hard to do for me lol. Very safe and quiet location as well. Oh and their continental breakfast was a heaven sent considering no one around here seems to do that anymore; and they don’t even advertise that on Expedia so I was pleasantly surprised! Mahi and Mick the managers, were A-1 and so hospitable! Thanks guys!

The property was excellent, however, the room was not up to my previous expectations for this brand. There was no trash can, the clock radio didn't work and there were no instructions on how to set the alarm so I used my cell phone. There was no logical place to plug in my computer at the table and the office chair had lots of scratch marks from a cat (I know because I have a cat) The floor was sticky for my slippers and needed to be mopped clean. There was no ice. The clerk was to busy in the back with his blanket to help me when I checked out was not friendly at all.
