the sign out front listed unpeckable clean rooms, well it they dont have lights its kind of hard to tell, ou room smelled like mold, and bathroom had rush spots showing through paint as well as a separated team on the wall paper( its that old), wine and cookies were good and the cracker box down the street made up for the weak breakfast. we did leave food in room , I called and spoke with a new staff member , gave her my name and room number within 5 minutes of leaving( we were ordering at Cracker box) was told they would hold the food I left, upon return the new staff lady said she did not get name or room number even though I gave it to her 3 times while on phone.room smell like mold!

The property is conveniently located in the heart of Carson City and is very walkable to the State Capital, Nevada State Museum, Nevada Children’s Museum and plenty of eateries. The check in and out was effortlessly. As stated in Hardman House’s description, they offer continental breakfast. I can’t wait to see what the refresh looks like!

Little less than we expected.
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe place is old and kind of smells that way. The room was really large, bed was very comfy. Wine served in the lobby 4-6pm that we were unaware of but a nice touch. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. The hallway and doors could use some paint. Breakfast consisted of frosted flakes and cheerios, toast , yogurt and coffee and tea. Fortunately there is a very nice little diner almost right across the street. Heidi's.
