No maid service. Room was never cleaned despite me being gone all day.

Hi, I am sorry there was a misunderstanding with the housekeeping program. At our hotel we provide a full service deep clean every fourth day and offer light cleaning (trash and towels) daily upon request.

Beds where not queen size, more like twin/full size beds. No house cleaning if you stay 4 days- 3 nights! Need to bring dirty towels in basket at front desk to get new ones and need to pick up toilet paper at front desk if you run out since there’s no daily house keeping. Customer service at better hotels bring things to your room not you to them!!

Thank you for your feedback, we can assure you that they are in fact queen sized beds, and to keep our rates low we do only offer housekeeping services free of charge every 4 days, however additional services are available for an additional fee.

Was a perfect place for our stay. All the young ladies who covered the front desk were so kind and professional. Courtney was great checking us in and Heather was so kind also. We also saw one other young woman at night covering the night shift, but can’t remember her name. We were able to do laundry, $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. Perfect home base to explore all the fun things to do in the surrounding areas.
