Very underwhelming place to stay. Breakfast service was terrible, no plates either of the days, most of the options (bread/bagles/hot choices) were over 90 mins before the time. Overall the service staff’s attitude was very unwelcoming.

Great night stay!
Wonderful hotel, large king size suite with kitchen (including dishwasher)! Staff very friendly, breakfast was adequate (could have benefitted from a variety of ripe fruit. We slept great on the comfy bed. Only downside was the $75 pet charge for my small dog…seemed steep compared to most hotels.

First of all, every single staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and attentive and went out of their way to help us. Loved the lobby decorations (Halloween) and the extra food options (social hour late afternoon). The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and we were glad the jacuzzi temp was not too hot. Our 2 kids with us LOVED the pool-would be nice to have pool toys/noodles available for them to play with. Loved the to-go option for breakfast, as we couldn't stay to eat each AM And had to hit the road, so they had boxes provided and options like hard boiled eggs. Maybe have mini yogurt cups to go too?

Very convenient with great amenities. Only thing I would improve is to put a door on the entrance to the bathroom sink/mirror area. It is wide open to the bed. Impossible for oneperson to sleep in while the other gets ready to go.
