Buena Vista No 1,

A beautiful modern electric gated detached self catering private Villa, fully air conditioned, with its own private heated pool and full Satellite TV. The villa is immaculately furnished to the highest possible standard so that everything you need for the perfect holiday is provided. (Please note that Pool heat is an extra if required)

The villa is large, spacious and airy constructed in 2008 by one of the La Manga Club resorts premier builders, the build quality is second to none with marble floors, stairs cases and bathrooms, with 4 terraces to admire The furnishings and the ambiance are very high quality and show exquisite taste. Perfect for a couple, family holiday, or for a group of golfers or tennis players, football players etc who would like to enjoy the Clubs facilities.

An extra Z bed can be provided if required to accommodate an extra person (please note there would be an extra fee for this). A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required, additional cots or high chairs can be hired through our agents.

The Buena Vista community is one of the newest at the Resort. Located on the hill by the North Golf Course with great panoramic views over the golf course and within easy distance of the facilities at Las Lomas Village. There is a mixture of modern apartments and villas, some with pools and many with great views over the North Course.

On the first floor is a large open plan "L" shaped lounge, an 8 seater dining table, satellite TV, Xbox 360, a fully equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a cloak room on this level. There are also two furnished terraces one of which has access from the lounge or dining area, this makes it perfect for large family gatherings.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, There is also access to the swimming pool from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a large furnished terrace on this floor accessible from the landing or the bedroom with magnificent views.

On the ground floor the second bedroom has twin beds and is full en-suite, the third and fourth bedrooms also have twin beds and share the other bathroom which has twin sinks shower and toilet.

The villa has a secure electric gated driveway suitable for up to 2 cars leading up to the car port. There is an entrance leading to the ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor level with another entrance in to the home.

The terrace on the first floor has a BBQ, a large tiled patio, an 8 seater table and chairs plus patio sofa and chairs and has plenty of space so that you can enjoy a warm sunny breakfast or lunch and some Al Fresco dining in the evening.

The swimming pool has sunshine all day with sun loungers and an area with further seating, the pool can be heated for a an extra charge in the winter months.
The additional charge for pool heat is £179 per week (£34 per night)

The views across La Manga Club and the North Golf course are stunning.

Our home is Professionally managed in the resort, the management company provide a meet and greet with the keys to the property. Prices include linen & towels. Pool and beach towels can be hired through our agents for approximately € 7 per towel.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa enjoys fantastic panoramic views over the golf course and mountains in the Buena Vista community of La Manga Club. With 4 terraces the villa enjoys full summer and winter sun throughout the day.

La Manga Club is any golfer's dream destination. There are 3 Championship golf courses sprawling between palm trees, lakes and barrancas. The North and South courses both have 18th greens finishing by the hotel and the West course boasts stunning views, lush scenery and winding fairways. There is also a par 47 pitch and putt course for a quick round or for beginners and a golf academy.

La Manga Club has always been synonymous with golf, and with its outstanding practice facilities, it is perhaps hardly surprising that it has been voted Europe's top golf resort three times in the past five years. The resort has also recently been chosen as the official winter training base of the German PGA.

La Manga Club has played host to many international tournaments including the Spanish Open and PGA Spanish Championships. If you want to learn how to play golf, the Academy of Golf provides group and private tuition of the highest standards for all levels, from complete beginners to the most experienced players. Perfection
This is a fabulous villa set a 5 minute drive from the main resort complex. We were 7 people (my wife and I and our daughter, her husband and 3 children aged 9,7 and 5). The villa is on 3 levels with the 3 lower suites occupied by the young ones, the mid-level comprising the ample and very well-provisioned living areas, and the upper suite for us. The pool deck is on the upper level and was mercifully heated at a nominal extra charge (friends staying in the main resort reported they couldn’t use the pools because they were unheated). There are 3 excellent outdoor decks for lounging and dining, all south-facing. There were several inflatables and an outdoor table tennis table which was put to good use. Plenty of TVs and spaces in which to temporarily escape the action. Communication with the owner and with VRBO was at all times simple and efficient. We would recommend it highly. Thank you.

This is our second time at the property. Beautifully maintained with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Some new poolside furniture and updated air conditioning were enjoyed by us all. On-resort restaurants and nearby Cartagena provide lots of choice for dining out or use the facilities to dine in.

This is a superbly presented and kitted out Villa, with fantastic views out the front (from 3 outside terraces) and privacy at the back, by the pool. There are electric gates that add to your feel of security. We love La Manga Club in general but this villa (our opinion) is exceptional. We'd 100% book again...

We booked a last minute stay here and loved every minute of it. The Villa is spotless and the area is incredibly peaceful yet close to all the facilities at La Manga. The photos really do not do it justice, it is so spacious with numerous terraces and seating areas. Mark was super helpful and responsive to any queries. Check in and out was super easy. Overall we had a fantastic few days here and would return.

La casa es espectacular: con grandes espacios y perfectamente equipada y acondicionada. Buenas vistas, varias terrazas, mucho sol y piscina con agua caliente ideal incluso en invierno. Great stay and lovely villa at La Manga
This is a large and modern villa suitable for larger families in a great location at La Manga. Los Lomas village is the newest village area and a good location with a couple of excellent restaurants. The villa has all the amenities you will need and is fully equipped, the booking process with Mark was easy and he was great to deal with. We would love to go back! Only a couple of suggestions: 1) instructions on how to reach the villa from the centre should be clearer (this is the property management company not Mark) 2) a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would be very welcome, 3) we tried to find the shorter walk to the centre via the golf course but couldn't - also wasn't sure if it was actually allowed to use it as a route on foot!

We have been visiting La Manga for the past 10 years and have stayed in many of the communities but this villa by far was the best. Los Lomas is such a beautiful place to stay, quiet and relaxing yet close to the main facilities of La Manga club. The villa has everything you need and so much more, a real luxury home from home.

Great villa at La Manga Club
This is a great villa with lots of room for everyone to have their own space or come together for meals inside or out. It looks down over the golf course at the edge of Buena Vista with the pool having lots of privacy at the back of the property. We all enjoyed the villa and the pool (especially the pool heating at an extra cost, which meant in October the teens and 'warm-water only' elders were happy to be in it at any time). Mark is very quick to communicate and is very helpful. Pat at Mar Menor Management is absolutely great too, very approachable and incredibly organised, I was very impressed. We had a really good holiday here and would really recommend the villa. Many thanks!

4 Weeks of Sunshine!
We had a great stay in La Manga. The property is well kitted out and a good size for a family of 5. The mattresses are very good and comfy which can not be said on other rentals..... so all slept well! The pool area is nice and fairly private given the location. Sun stays on the back until 6 -6.30 pm which gave us enough sun time. There is also a natural shade area through the day due to the buildings roof which was good when you needed a shade break.

Super Villa
Superb villa, very quiet and peaceful area at the time we stayed. Just as described. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We loved the choice of terraces and outside dining areas with their wonderful views across the resort and beyond. The pool was a great size, immaculate and temperature just perfect so no need for pool heating. We didn’t hire a car for our stay but enjoyed the 15-20 minute walk to the main hub of La Plaza on occasion and also made use of the local taxi service which was very reasonably priced. The main supermarket has a home delivery service which was very useful. We chose this villa due to its proximity to the La Manga Spa situated in Las Lomas, the area next to Buena Vista, as we had booked some treatments there. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk to Las Lomas and we also tried two restaurants there. Luigi’s and Canonero. Highly recommend both of them. Overall, a wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa. Excellent communications from Mark, the villa owner, making the booking process a pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend.
