A great apartment let down by simple issues.
Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HotelsOverall the apartment itself is great, with some really nice character. However, The communication was bad: the phone number didn’t work, you couldn’t email them. Check in was lucky that the receptionist was there. Even then a phone number wasn’t given (the reception wasn’t occupied 24/7, and there were things we needed). Security of the property wasn’t the best, anyone could enter the building, the locks on the doors didn’t work and we had to really ask to get them fixed, not great when you’re travelling with kids in central Cartagena. The location was excellent.

The only negative I had was the way the front door operated. There must be a better way to access the hotel. Key cards maybe?
