The property is a maravilla but they have to improves a.lot is my first time in my own Country but in tourism they are so far ... Chek in too much time compare with others resorts people recommend Decameron resorts the property is wonderfull the rooms excellent the food very good no complain about it but the procedure with the staff has to change is not the workers cause they always try to help we think is the administration. Any way we pass and excellent time cause the place is beatifull nothing is perfect over all when you compare Colombia with resorts in Mexico Aruba even Dominic Republic those places you get there chek in take a least 15 to 30 min maximum Decameron 1 hour that means something is wrong.

Beautiful resort. The road to get to it is a long dirt road and uncomfortable to navigate. Food options could be better. Resort itself is beautiful.

The road should be fixed, they are and reallly bad conditions but biside that, the resort is pretty good, nice service, excellent food, many entertainment

Our main issue was that our room had bedbugs. They moved us after some insistence, but that was it. No apologies or follow up. The front desk staff doesn't seem to care ar all. We even had the "plus" upgrade which made no difference. The pools and beach are lovely. Restaurant staff so friendly and great. Food is very average. Lifeguards are on a massive power trip and make things pretty unpleasant as they are constantly blowing the whistle for one reason or another. They will not let you even put your feet in the ocean after 6 pm, which seems completely crazy. Lots of iguanas and racoons, racoons come into the restaurant which seems really gross and dirty.

No hot water. Access road was almost impassable

This place is 90’s timeshare! I wasn’t thrilled with the food, drinks, and overall the entire hotel. Food is horrible, the two “special places” the Asian and Italian you need to be up by 7am to make a reservation. We opted for the Asian. Sushi horrible, pre wrapped, the fish ok and the rice too. This is not a 3 star hotel. I will never book another vacation there. Check in a nightmare, transportation to airport was another nightmare. This is only for nationals that are used to crowded places and it wasn’t cheap! It was truly a huge disappointment.

El check in es terriblemente largo (2 horas esperando) solo tienen 2 personas en eso y muchos viajeros. Querían cobrarme a mí nena de dos años, cuando la política en expedía dice que se cobran a partir de 3 años, sin embargo la persona de check in no lo sabía y tardo mucho averiguando. El lugar es un paraíso, lástima que el servicio al cliente no es el mejor, desde meseros, recepción, hasta el mismo doctor que no apoya en emergencias. Sin embargo la belleza del lugar estando ya dentro puede llegar a cubrir estos temas, porque la playa es hermosa, las instalaciones, la fauna y estar ahí es bello.

Esta muy lejos de la ciudad, algun personal es muy bieno pero otro es muy malo super malo con ina cara de no querer trabajar los meseros algunos pero no me gustaron. El manager del restautant 6/20/2024 fue muy corriente y tuve muy corriente y tuve un problema que no me pudo resolver y muy mal trato. Muy mal de verfad
