I booked and paid on expedia, upon arrival the clerk tried to say i had not paid, then he tried to charge us more saying i had not paid the full price.
I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act.
Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing.
