The Space:

The house consists of three elegant bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed, providing flexibility for larger groups. Two of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience, while the third bathroom is shared, all equipped with hot water for your comfort.

The main bedroom, located on the second floor, boasts a spacious 20 square meter layout featuring a king bed, with an option to add a mattress on the floor for added sleeping arrangements. This room has its own private bathroom, and offers a stunning 120" smart projector, perfect for a cozy movie night or an entertaining afternoon. The second bedroom also on the second floor features two single beds, which can be modified into a trundle bed or layered with a mattress on the floor, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements. This bedroom also has a private bathroom and an ultra-slim 55" smart TV adorned with mirrored artwork, offering a blend of style and function.

In the third bedroom, guests will find a queen bed with a smart TV equipped with a 43" swivel screen that rotates both horizontally and vertically, providing exceptional sound quality for your viewing pleasure. This room utilizes a shared bathroom. The dining area further enhances your stay, outfitted with a comfortable sofa bed and an ultra-slim 65" smart TV featuring reflected works of art, creating a unique ambiance for gatherings and leisure. Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Club Beach), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 75 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm, also you can access the private beach club so you can live an all-inclusive experience

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
