Pleasantly surprised! Tucked away in La boquilla, ( not a very rich area) is a beautiful retreat. Cold room, stunning balconies and rooftop. Full kitchen. Only place to eat is next door, closes early. I used Rappi for other meals beach is long and swimable. The whole town come out in evening to play soccer it's a very lovely family town. You must get past what your eyes see on the drive here. This is not Bocagrande. I felt safe and a nostalgia watching the town enjoy life into the sunset. Felt like 1990's no cellphones out . They offer included beers and cokes and water, that made my night having ice cold beers! I would come back. A well worth mini adventure

The hostel and staff were great. Catas morning breakfast was always a pleasure to eat. The area outside is not the best though. Also the beach isn’t too great as many fisherman use it there are sometime dead fish along the shore with some smell.
There are not many restaurants to eat during the night and we ended up ubering to get to the main city almost everyday.
Staff is very good though and hostel itself is nice and clean.

Last year in march we spent our vacation here and we were very happy with our choice! Everyone was sooo wholesome and welcoming to us, the food was amazing and the hosts did everything for us to be happy and have a great vacation. I highly recommend you to come here! Greetings from germany :)

Great hotel on the beach, nice staff.
Publié le 20 déc. 2022 sur HotelsThe hosts were wonderful and welcoming the hotel was clean and well done. Breakfast was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the area and it’s location relative to most activities. If you would like a quiet removed vacation on the beach this is your best spot.

La Boquilla is a fishermen village near to the old city in Cartagena where are the most of the activities, however there are several ways to go at any time during the day even at night.
