Booked property in early morning around 9 AM, went to check in at hotel around 6 PM and there was no instructions on where or how to get in. Called the number provided and they say there was a mistake and they overbooked. The support said they would be able to find us another hotel and told us to stay on the line. After waiting for over 20 mins, I tried calling multiple times only for it to go straight to voice. All other hotels were sold out that night and we ended up being stranded in Cartagena without a place to sleep for the night. We ended up staying up ALL NIGHT until the next day for our flight out. Terrible communication to their guests and no guidance for check in.
