This property is in a terrible condition, the apartment was infested with cockroaches, there was no hot water and the overall condition of the building is very old and not well maintained. We even got trapped on the elevator, there were 3, always 1 out of order.
We were supposed to stray for a week we only lasted 3 days and we had to move, the fridge was leaking inside and out, bad smell in the bathrooms and the beds were very uncomfortable, the bunk beds were so unstable they looked like they will fell apart.
Parties all night long with loud music and screaming in the entire building. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty and unkept property!! This building has many apartments managed by different property rental companies. Unfortunately the apartment we got only has 2 working bathrooms of the 3 advertised. It was filled with roaches and the Managment team fumigated on our first day there but the apartment still had roaches. The small bedroom was never used because it smells moldy and it’s next to the non-working bathroom. They gave us old towels and only bed sheets. No blankets. The showers only had cold water. I would not recommend this apartment under the “Unik” management company. They do not maintain their apartments.

Upon check out, I would have never imagined that I would have to pay for dirty towels 🤔. The towels was old towels and now I have to buy them new ones gtfoh
