Room was musty and smelled bad. Found mold! Got moved to a room where the bathroom door didn’t close. Daughter found moldy bagel in breakfast offering - gross! Front desk clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone than getting things right.

Old and dated furniture, bedding and towels. Carpeting had rips and very dirty/unsanitary. Elevator very dirty. Could smell cigarette smoke on the floors.

Cartersville is a great town. This property needs some serious upgrades and to be better cleaned in the lobby, elevator and common areas. The furniture, bedding and towels are all old, dingy and cheap quality.

Coming back to Microtel

Loved the Front desk, young lady by the name of Kiera she helped me with my room and anything I needed helped with. Definitely coming back!

The accommodations listed for the reservation was not met as listed no microwave in the room there was no fridge in the room there was no phone in the room the access to internet was denied because it would not let you connect to it linen in bathroom wasn’t fully stocked or toiletries and it stated the tv in the room was 32 in is was definitely not ac smelled like mildew the staff did let you be we were not bothered at all except for housing knocking to clean up which was no issue but I tell you I’ve paid less money for better accommodations for the price definitely would not book here again

Rooms was not clean, carpets dirt, bathroom floors with hair, no refrigerator, no microwave, personal very friendly, but cleaning service 👎

Bed was horrible, pillows were flat, shower felt and sounded like you were going to fall through it.
