Beautifully renovated spacious home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600bpm and Cable TV. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please E-mail the owner. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.

Lots of room and everything we needed
We stayed for Thanksgiving to be near family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking a nice meal. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space and very clean.

Roomy and comfortable
This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for a group of friends attending a workshop at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a split level so the steeper stairs to the upper level were difficult for one member so I can't recommend it to anyone with difficulty with stairs. Everyone else will love it!

Great for Large Families!
The house is well-stocked with all you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to cook all our meals. The backyard is not fenced, so we enjoyed hiking through the tree-covered property. Lovely, spacious home; just as advertised!

I give this property a 4 💫 rating only bc of a couple of concerns I mentioned to the owner. The owner was prompt in his reply of handling what was mentioned. I would recommend this property. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood as mentioned. It is very spacious! Overall, the property was clean and had what we needed for our stay. It has amazing hot water! ❤️ It is close to good eating and shopping! Mostly we were at Lakepoint... So it worked great for playing ball at that location as well as some surrounding HSs.

Great stay for baseball trip
We Stayed here for a week for a baseball tournament with another family. 15 minutes to LakePoint for baseball. Close to stores and other activities in the area. The house was comfortable and clean.It fit 9 of us with room to spare. The pool was a quick 6 minute walk or you can drive down. The neighborhood was fantastic! The neighbors were extremely welcoming. The host Brian was quick to respond during the whole stay with any questions we needed answered and the one minor concern that we had was taken care of immediately without hesitation. He was a great host! Would 100% stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

We stayed here for a “Girls Weekend”. Our group consisted of 8 ladies, ranging in age from early 50s to mid 70s. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. House was in a quite subdivision at the end of a cul-de-sac. Brian, our host, was very responsive both with check-in and check-out. The house fit us perfectly and we would rent again. Downtown Carterville was cute and very interesting with shops and restaurants. Also, Walmart, Walgreens and other shopping area is only a mile away. Highly recommend. Please note, for anyone with mobility issues, the house does have steps both up and down to the main level and the lower level.

Great place to stay In Cartersville GA
This property was perfect for our family. With it being multi level, the older children had the lower half, my wife, our smaller children, and myself had the upper half with plenty of rooms and beds for for several more people. Nice quiet neighborhood within driving distance to everything Cartersville has to offer. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Cartersville

The location was great for what we needed. Was asked to use trash and recycling cans but none were in the house. Also house was under reconstruction so it was a little messy. One of the guest had handicap issues so she stayed in the lower lever the entire time.

Reunion Weekend
This rental is spacious and suited our weekend very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for visiting and sleeping. Since we were there to see each other, we didn't venture out much, so I can't speak for it's proximity to destinations, but we did find everything we needed nearby.
