Comfortable old house. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Great communication and check-in/checkout. Reminded me of staying at grandma’s.

Even though when we got there the hosts were not ready for us as there was some mixed up on their calendar but they were very apologetic and turned over the house within a few hours.

Absolutely perfect home
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and I stayed at this location for the weekend as we were attending a wedding in the area. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The hosts were gracious, very communicative up front, and responsive. The house was immaculate, the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We were greeted with snacks and waters upon arrival which was a delight. The house is spacious and is equipped with everything you could need. There is a fenced in back yard and deck with plenty of chairs and a grill. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms which is fantastic for a large family like ours. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this to anyone coming to Carthage! Thank you again Mark and June!

Perfect

Communication with the hosts was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is plenty to do in the area. I would consider staying here again if available and I was in the area.

Everything you need

Mark and June have made sure their home is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need while away from home. The house is quite spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything is clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer there was a huge plus. Mark and June give you your privacy but are just a message away if you need anything. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe and it's not far from Watertown.
If you're looking for a comfortable home to stay in that's spacious and has everything a home needs then this is the place to stay.

Holiday jaunt
Publié le 27 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayStayed here as overflow lodging since my sister’s place can no longer accommodate everyone. It was clean and comfortable. Owners were helpful and friendly. There is a village ordinance against parking on the street at night; there were no signs, but a neighbor was kind enough to remind us.

Thanks Patty! The no street parking is winter only from 2am- 6am Nov. 1st-April 1st due to snow and plows. Sorry you missed seeing that when you booked or through town on the signs or in our house info guide where it talks about winter conditions and ordinaces here, on base and in Watertown. Our neighbors are awesome! I'm glad they told you!! Thanks again for staying!

Fun house Perfect Stay
