The place is old and run down. The bed was horrible. It was dirty and needed replaced.

The rooms were very smelly, they had a strong cigarette smell.

Everything was good except the toilet I think it was meant for a child it was so low. At checkout I was told the printer didnt work (again) and it would be emailed to me. I never received an email receipt. This property always has some kind of issue

Serviceable

Check in went quickly. When I got to the room it smells as it had been a previous smoking room. Not overwhelming but the odor was there. The bed was comfortable, the TV was functional, the bathroom was serviceable. At breakfast there were several available items. Scrambled eggs, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties. The usual they'll know fresh or even canned fruit. I asked for butter and jam for the biscuit and was emphatically told no. You get what you pay for in this property. Don't expect anything more.

So first off the front desk staff was great. Lets just say the lobby was the best part and the glass plates with breakfast. So we get our key to our room and when we get to our room the door is propped open and when I peeked inside the room was unmade. So then we got a new room. Once again the door was propped open but it was made up. The locks didn't work, the coffee cups were unwrapped and there was no clock. Since when do they not have clocks in rooms. They were working on painting the hallway on the second level. I hope they don't stop at the hallways

There were smashed crackers on the floor in the hallway. Also, our room, 221, didn't have a television remote. Breakfast seemed pretty limited as there was only sausage patties and 1 biscuit. Coffee was also out.
