Beautiful historical home!
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed just the weekend, this home is so neat, like stepping back in time but with all the modern day conveniences. It's just beautiful and located in the woods but very convenient to our activities (Delval) and to some cool, off the beaten path antique shops. The area is just gorgeous.

Our host was fantastic, and we highly recommend this home to others visiting the area. Great location for walks and close enough to shopping and restaurants. Perfect combo of historic and updated!

Delightful historic home in a gorgeous neighborhood

It is located in a charming, verdant area, off the beaten track, but near to New Hope, Peddlers' Village and other fun places to visit. The home is furnished with taste and care and it was very comfortable for four people. The owners live in a house on the other side of the VRBO and they were very friendly & responsive; we got a requested second key within hours. As stated in the description, there are winding wooden steps down to the kitchen & up to the bedrooms from the main level that require care. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this jewel of a home!
