Very nice place to stay. No surprises, just a friendly staff making your stay what you don't normally receive at hotels these days. Genuine care for your stay.

Location of room awful
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI paid extra for a Mountain View and the hotel entrance blocked the view. Luck of the draw also gave us the room right by the ice maker and elevator. It was so loud. Probably the worst room in the entire hotel. The breakfast was good. Probably would’ve liked the whole experience if we had a different room there.

I am so sorry you were not happy with your stay! We do have a few rooms with better views than others. We do charge a little more for the balcony rooms. If you choose to stay with us again, please ask to be assigned a room farthest from the ice machine and the elevator. We value our guests satisfaction and would love to have you stay here again to allow us to offer you a better experience.

Hotel was decent overall. They had some issues getting my reservation because the computer system was down. Staff said it was a common problem.
