It is a remodeled unit in a building which has long term apartment rentals and some units that are designated “vacation rentals” that can only be reserved through VRBO and other similar companies. My one complaint is that there was no bedside lamp on the little night stand. I bought one at Walmart which worked great. A plus would be to have better window coverings in the living room/dining area. I would stay there again.

Nice condo but had some issues
Publié le 11 mars 2019 sur HomeAwayAt first I would have given this property 4 stars, but after sleeping on the bed for a few nights changed to 2 stars. For me this bed was very uncomfortable - someone else might think differently. Also, the linens & the curtains were very cheap. The grand finale was that on the morning of checkout at about 9:15, the next tenant entered our unit without knocking. How does this happen? And since the unit had not been cleaned yet, it made me wonder if the unit was cleaned before we came, although it seemed to be clean.

Very good place to stay
Publié le 23 févr. 2019 sur HomeAwayIn general the condo is a very nice place to stay. Furnishings were adequate for a longer stay. It was comfortable as well. Lighting was a little poor as far as quality. All ceiling lights and bright LED’s, needed some lamps or dimmers to make it more appealing. Nice and roomy for 2 people. My wife and I spent 2 weeks there and it worked out fine. Biggest complaint is the pool was advertised as heated and it was one of the reasons we picked this place. The pool was not heated even though they also had heated pool signs up. We asked in the office and they said they don’t heat it until later in the year. That was very disappointing.

Thank you for the review. The pool is heated Year except when the overnight low is freezing and highs below 70. All other days we are heated.
