Property was excellent. Easy check in. Rooms are very nice and modern.

Good morning, I see this reservation under the name of Marcela. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to a third-party reservation. If a guest does not show up for a reservation, it will result in a no-show fee. She did come in the next day, but that reservation will no longer be available. She will have to go back to the third-party she first booked with to make any changes. Please feel to contact us directly if you're going to be late and we could check you in ourselves and just wait for you. But if we do not hear anything from the guest, it will automatically result as a no-show. When calling this can avoid any non-24-hour cancellation fee and or no-show fees. We do hope you will consider staying with us again and I apologize for any inconvenience. May you have a wonderful and cool summer.
