All food was horrible, they would not let me check in an hour early unless they charged me another 35 bucks… It was kind of ridiculous as there wasn’t 40 cars in the parking lot. It was an overpriced and I felt unappreciated for spending 300 bucks for one night. It was definitely an hour south of Phoenix. There was nothing else around the property unless you wanted to travel.

This was my first time in Arizona and it did not disappoint. The check-in staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was great. It was a huge room with a comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom with a rain shower. The views from the room were great. I was able to wake up and catch the sunrise over the mountains. Will definitely return.

Property was very nice, rooms were comfortable, large walk-in shower. Check-in was very pleasant, she was very nice, engaging and funny. When I inquired about a late check-out as my meeting time got pushed back, I was quoted $50 for an additional hour, $75 for two. That is ridiculous. At check-out time of 11:00, housekeeping knocked at my door at exactly 11:00. I informed her I was zipping up my suitcase and leaving. As I was waiting for the elevator, I received a call from the hotel asking if I was staying later as I had not left my room yet. All was very good, until the end.

Great place clean and quiet. Not happy with no cleaning staff during my stay. You have to use the same towels for my entire stay? And then charge me $50 a day hotel fee?? Booo

There’s something about the sweet smell of cigarette smoke that says “yeah baby, you’re in a casino”. Although only a portion of the casino allows smoking (not the bar however) the sweet aroma fills the main floor to take you back to the good old days. Cons: no valet service. You park your own car, they charge you $35 if you ask to check in at 2:30 rather than 4 pm, but refuse to give you a similar credit if you check out 12 hours early? Funny how that works…. Overall not a terrible place to stay, would like to go back in the summer to see what the monster pool is all about

We had a great time at the pool. It was the highlight of our trip. The staff at the pool were extremely helpful and nice. The casino security was horrible. We went down from the hotel to go get water, and all of the vending machines have no card readers and only take cash. We were trying to get water, so I didn't have our shoes on And the casino security made us return to our room at 4 am in the morning for just trying to get drinking water from the bar. I had no cash on me because I didn't come to play at the casino.All I had was my debit card. The security refused for us to take even 1 more step and started getting aggressive with me and my 2 minor children and told us to return to our room for how much i paid for the room we should should have been treated a lot better.

Nice new, clean hotel, but the so-called "green" initiatives rendered the room disappointing. Room and bathroom are way too dark even with all lights on. Hard to wash, shave or do makeup in the semi-dark. Poor water pressure. Bathroom tap didn't have enough pressure for water to clear the counter top. Had to use a towel to soak up the constant mess. Shower had a single low-pressure rain fixture mounted on the 9 foot ceiling, resulting in only a heavy mist falling on your head. We won't be back and wouldn't recommend.
