Had a balcony room wish I would’ve requested an upper floor I didn’t like being on the first floor, but it was beautiful

The hotel was clean with a very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Check-in was quick, and breakfast at the restaurant next door (included) was yummy. The hotel is in such a beautiful setting on the Columbia River, looking out at the Bridge of the Gods. Gorgeous! Close in proximity to many beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had reserved 3 separate rooms and specifically asked for daily linen change and room cleaning in each room. in fact told the front desk and they confirmed that they do this.
they did the beds in all three rooms after the first night of stay. but did not do it after the second night of stay. talked to the front desk and even gave my phone and email but no one contacted me back regarding this. to pay this large amount and not to have the beds done in all the three rooms is not expected and not acceptable. we even asked for the beds to be made when we returned to the property yesterday at 8/18/24 7 pm but were told that there is no housekeeping and nothing could be done. I feel there should be some compensation/refund for not providing the service already paid for. the managers names are Karie Nash - front office and sales manager and Andrea myhill - general manager. neither has contacted me. I would appreciate if you can get back to me regarding this and let me know how to correct this. Umesh Chitaley

We were here for a wedding! The hotel staff were amazing. The locks is a small town so everything is walkable. Just remember everything shuts down around 7pm.
