Clean room, but nothing else

I was in town for work and spent 5 nights here. The staff was not overly welcoming, but they were friendly. The hallways were not clean and had an odor. The room, however, was clean and comfortable when I arrived, but it wasn't serviced during the entire stay. I did ask for a change of towels twice, they never came.

Reception guy was incompetent

Staff was rude and couldt find my reservation, we waited 1:30 hours and contacted expedia three times to get the issue resolved.
