Holidays in Monterozzo, in the lovely nature and culture of Tuscany, with swimming pool, terrace and garden. Enjoy peace amid vineyards and olive groves and a wonderful view, or visit the beautiful towns of Tuscany not far from Mensano. This house, formerly a corn house, has a large living/dining room open to the roof, kitchen, shower bathroom, a sleeping gallery open to the living room with two beds and one bedroom with one bed. The living room has access to the terrace on the south side of the house. The house has central heating, stove and satellite TV. The swimming pool can be used from mid May to the end of September.

Our Tuscan get away
We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling.

magical retreat
Beautiful cottage perfectly outfitted; owner very responsive with local staff to trouble shoot; location unique- house sits on its own little mountain high above the verdant Tuscan countryside; great central point from which to explore hill town worlds.

Ein toll gelegenes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben, mit Swimmingpool und einmaligen Fernblick (besonderes Highlight bei entsprechendem Wetter: grandiose Sonnenuntergänge). Mit dem Auto sind Tages-Ausflüge (z.B. Siena, Volterra) gut zu unternehmen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

La maison louée est MAGNIFIQUE le décor de la TOSCANE comme dans les films….l’endroit est spectaculaire. Pour un couple ou couple et un ado, parfait Les commodites permettent de se faire un déjeuner, un repas et il y a une épicerie dans le village pour le minimum et une à 8 km qui est assez complète Vous êtes/central pour visiter les autres villages en auto tous plus ou moins à 30 ou 45 min. Pour aller à Florence cela prendra une heure et/dix environ Je recommande Les proprios ont été très gentils et communiquent aisément en anglais

Auch bei Regen toller Aufenthalt
Die Lage ist (wenn man gerne etwas abseits ist) toll. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Ausblick und bei gutem Wetter kann man den Garten/Terrasse sehr schön genießen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Orte/kleinere Städte die einen Besuch Wert sind. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend reisen werden wir sicher wieder in diesem Ferienhäuschen wohnen.

Ein hervorragendes Plätzchen
Ruhig, oben auf dem Berg mit wunderbarem Rundumblick, einer schönen Süd-Terrasse in Mitten von alten Steineichen und Olivenbäumen umgeben von Rosmarin-Büschen. Und ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, ideal für ein Paar mit Kind oder 1-2 Einzelpersonen. Ich habe mich äußerst wohl gefühlt.

wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil in traumhafter Hügellage
Ein echter Traum für uns. Für 2 ( max 3) perfektes Haus. Sehr geschmackvolle, gemütliche nicht zu volle Einrichtung. Oben 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten auf der etwas nierdrigen Empore. Es war unter dem Dach trotz 30 Grad nicht störend warm. Ebenerdig in einem kleinen Durchgangseinzelzimmer auf Weg zum Bad ein Einzelbett. Charmante Küche ohne Ofen, aber für einfache Mahlzeiten perfekt. Wir haben uns lange nicht so wohl gefühlt in einem Ferienhaus. Wunderschöner Swimmingpool mit Weitblick und schönsten Sonnenuntergängen. Naher Ort ( 5 min) mit Osteria, leider ohne Bar für den Morgencafe. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Für uns 5 wunderbare Tage im Frühherbst. herzlichen Dank Claudia u Bernd

Traumhafte Lage auf einem Hügel mit Blick in die Landschaft. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und völlig problemlos. Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung enthält alles, was man braucht. Eine Unterkunft, die nur zu empfehlen ist.

Haus in Hügellage mit phantastischem Blick
Hübsches Haus in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage, auf großem Grundstück mit großem Pool, den wir alleine nutzen konnten, da die Besitzer nicht vor Ort waren. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung, an die Schlafempore haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Terrasse mit Blick aufs Tal und das kleine Örtchen Mensano, vom Pool Blick auf San Gimignano und manchmal glänzte das Meer in der Ferne! Das kleine Restaurant im Ort ist sehr empfehlenswert und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen.

Toskanische Idylle pur
Das Feriemhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem großzügigem Wohnbereich in einem großartigen Gelände. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt (das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war ein Gefrierfach) einschließlich des leckeren Hausweins. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Berg und von der Terrase und vom Pool hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Weinberge und Olivenhaine. Eine wunderschöne Auszeit in der Toskana.

Erholsame Tage im schönen Mensano
Wir hatten wunderbare, ruhige und erholsame Tage. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir bekamen gute Tipps und hilfreiche Information. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Tipp: Die kleine Osteria in Mensano. Gerne wieder!
