Beautiful property

The location of this property was so close to the interstate and the Ford event center. I was extremely happy with this and it was close to old town Casper, which made it fun.

Quiet Stay, Accommodating Host

The host kept us informed and was there to help with whatever we needed. Worked great for what we needed for the night. Thank you!!

Dirty and unorganized
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was quiet and worked well for us.The patio was nice, but lawn was not mowed and lots of weeds. Fence was in need of repairs and holes were covered with trash bags held on by staples.Front yard was mowed. Keypad entry was easy, but no garage door opener, had to have someone come out and go back in through front to give access. The white kitchen cupboards were sticky and had food on the fronts and handles. The oven had not been cleaned and was black and crusty. The waste baskets were nicely tucked into a sliding access door, but they were filthy and looked to have never been washed out. The dishwasher did not work. There was no organization in the kitchen and it was missing basic items like a cutting board. The walls and baseboards were dirty. The floor had not been mopped or swept. All of the air vents had dirt buildup. The washer and dryer worked. The washer did smell like mildew. Above the washer there were various pairs of underwear, socks, bras etc. Bedroom one: the light fixture was not completely attached to the ceiling. Upon pulling back the covers there was a vape in between the sheets, indicating the bedding had not been changed since the previous guest. Bedroom 2 was ok, but the sheets had a pink stain like a lip stain, or nail polish. The bathtub looked dirty in the bottom and creaked when someone stood in it to shower. Some of the towels were crusty and needed to be replaced. I did contact the on-site host. He did refund $100.

In 5 years doing this business I’ve never had a guest make comments remotely similar to this. She came in the home with an intent on receiving her money back or some sort of refund. I offered her$100, she took that. I’ve had thousands of guests and never refunded money for such imagined reasons. Oh well, I figured it might happen someday…

Nice little place. Better than a hotel

New linens needed

The kitchen was well equipped for was great. Furniture was comfortable.

Well, an automated message was sent to call and ask questions. There is shampoo and soaps available. I guess you did not find them.. The bedding may not match, but is it is less than 3 months old. Please contact me in the future when you find issues during your stay. Thank you

Road trip rest spot between Tetons and Devil’s Tower

Close to Casper Mtn for MTB or hiking etc. good town amenities too.
