Seul bémol: ils ont débité 50.-$ sur la carte de crédit pour les dépenses éventuelles. Il n'y en a eu aucune mais notre compte n'a pas été crédité en retour. Nous avons dû réclamer et attendons des nouvelles... Alors que tout était OK d'après le personnel de la Réception. Affaire à suivre.

It would've been nice to know the property was under construction! When I got checked in and went to the room, I was assigned the door was propped. Open with will appear to be construction material.
The room also had tape on the walls, indicating imperfections for the construction workers to repair. I found this to be completely unacceptable, especially for the cost of the room

This property was under construction/remodel. This was not communicated before arrival. I paid top dollar for a smelly, dirty and dishelved property. I was very disappointed. I have higher expectations from the Hilton.

Hilton Garden Inn Casper, WY

Two of the construction workers were in the hallway arguing with each other while guest were around.
Construction should be noted on the website

The hotel is being renovated. We wished the renovation was told to us when the reservation was made
We wanted a room above the 1st floor but none were available.
The hot food for the breakfast from the buffet and menu was not hot.
