The pool is super fun! Our room toilet and the toilets we used in the lobby area were not so clean. We informed the front desk and they said they would notify housekeeping.

Great pool with mini-waterpark for young kids
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsThe kids loved the little waterpark (a couple small slides and a balance float toy) additions to the pool. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast a great way to start the day.

Booked a room that was not available
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was great. I loved the cowboy theme. Unfortunately, Hotels.com allowed me to book a suite that wasn’t actually available. The front desk told me that they do this often. So we were put in a smaller room and given a rollaway bed to make up for it.

One night at the Ramokta
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was courteous. The door to the outside entrance of the rooms was jammed and I had force my way in. There was no locking mechanism on the door. (Security). The room was clean but is ageing. The breakfast was very good.

The man who checked me in was unprofessional. He seemed stressed out and unfriendly. He spoke very quietly and when I told him I was hard of hearing, he said "if I'm not quiet, I'm yelling". I told him I had reserved a room with two beds, poolside. First, he pulled up the wrong reservation and said, did you reserve a king. I said "no, I reserved two queen size beds, poolside". He told me they had no more poolside rooms available. I said "well, that is what I reserved". He replied by telling me they have a lot of different people making reservations, and that it is first come, first serve. Huh? Then what is the point of making a reservation?
We took a room that was available on the second floor. It looked moderately clean, although it was apparent that the floor had not been vacuumed around the edge of the beds and walls and the bathroom could use a deep clean. We stayed for two nights, and we had booked rooms there specifically because the pool looked family friendly and we were looking forward to swimming. When we got there, it was packed. The basketball hoop shown in the pictures online was nowhere to be seen and it was less than 4' deep at it's deepest. The second night we, we thought we would at least sit in the hot tub for a little while before going to bed, only to find some group of teenagers had taken over the entire pool area. They were very rough, climbing up over the second story balcony and they did not leave the hot tub until well after the pool closed.
