Great location when going to Casper Fairgrounds..nice motel..so so breakfast.

Not impressed - ran our card early

We arrived in town around 1 p.m., we couldn't check in then. I told them we'd be back around 9:30 p.m. They said that was fine. We got a call at 6 p.m. I called them back at 6:03 and no one answered. We went there at 9:30 and they'd cancelled our reservation!! They tried to run our card at 6 and is was declined. I intended to pay with a different card. Why were they running our card before we'd even checked in?? What about the people who don't check in until late? The clerk didn't care one bit that we were trying to find other rooms. 4 of our group went to another hotel. The rest took the 2 rooms that were left. The clerk was no help, she didn't care and was unhelpful. She claimed that she'd answered the phone - my phone records show when I called and that it wasn't answered. Not impressed! Will stay somewhere else the next time we travel to Casper.
