Pour : Its location, it is close to the water
Contre : Providing changing towels , toiletry and beach towel as advertised. Also, there is no yoga as advertised.
There was no one at the facility to welcome me after I spoke to the receptionist about 45 mins prior to my arrival informing her of my expected time I will be checking in. I had to go to the neighboring business for them to call the receptionist.
I was shock to see some of the steps to enter the upper level of the facility had old and recent bat droppings from bats that live in the above roof. I think this was disgusting, at least the dropping could had been washed off daily that the guest don't have to track it in the residence and into their car.
Only the bed room is air conditioned, the other living area has a high ceiling fan and the house is extremely hot during the day when the sun is in its glory, so the advertisement of it unit is air-conditioned is incorrect.

Ok Resort close to Castara Bay

Lost power one day, and water a couple days.
Enjoyed the view of the Castara Bay early in the mornings and at sunset.
