Overall stay was nice but check-in took us about an hour. Check-out also took about 30mins. Something has to be done about it. Theres only one guy working at the reception at check in time...

Thank you Mr. Javier for your message. so we take note and we have a full staff in reception. Only some times there is one person and this is the reason we inform about the check in is a 15 h when we have all de apartments ready, but try to offer at the arrival of the guest.

Short overnight stay. Beds basic but comfortable. Large balcony which increased the overall space. Hot water and good air conditioning. Basic kitchen set up but everything you probably need. Clean fridge no odours. Overall good place for a single nights stay. Seagulls were noisy in the mornings so bear this in mind if this will annoy or wake you!

Our stay at the hotel was okay. Our room was facing the pool area which there were a lot of children playing. The amount of noise and music were a little excessive. On Saturday night there was a loudy karaoke night which ended at midnight, after an exhaustive day of hiking, it was a little too long. If you are a family with children it might make sense to stay here, if you are couple it might be good to rethink. On the other hand, location was perfect. it was very close to the best beaches and very close to the city center. The room was good too.

Rooms not like pics, food poisoning, no WIFI

I honestly do not know where to start. So the pictures you can see as the room you are booking are not real pictures! Hotel renovated ONE room out of 6 buildings and sells you the ONE renovated room as a standard which you will have. The rooms do not have laundry machine as advertised. The WIFI is available sometime by to pool, but there is NO WIFI in the rooms (maybe 6 rooms from one building may reach WIFI on the balcony). Food is extremely low quality. Breakfast offers the cheapest products, pool bar - not fresh food. We ate calmers which caused the worse food poisoning I ever had in my life. Two days in bed and toilet. Iron is available at the reception - but there is no ironing board. Reception is completely understaffed so there will be ALWAYS the line. They do not clean the rooms, only toilet paper will be delivered to the room. Pool view room means 'view on the building and behind the building is a pool' and sea view means 'view on the trees and if you look close there is a sea there as well behind'. Management of the hotel is horrible. When we compliant that the room is not the standard we booked (got downgraded), manager refused talking to us and said 'I don't want to talk to them, they can take their stuff and go'. Then for one week, he was not available to talk. The only positive part are the staff members. Guys at breakfast, cleaning ladies delivering paper, young receptionist are angels! Super polite, kind. I feel so sorry that they must work for such boss...

Buenas tardes, Honestamente, agradeciendo su mensaje, lamentamos la situación indicada ya que no se refleja a la situación del complejo. Asimismo, pedimos disculpas por no haber cumplido con las expectativas, pero permítame que podamos reflejar nuestro punto de vista al respecto. El hotel está en proceso de renovación íntegra del complejo, pues hace 63 años que estamos al mercado y todo este tiempo nos avala el servicio y el trato con los clientes. Las fotografías son las correspondientes, y ciertamente en un apartamento disponemos de lavadora, a parte del servicio de autoservicio de lavandería que es el que publicamos en todas las páginas de Internet; en cambio en ningún momento confirmamos que dispongamos de lavadora en el interior del apartamento y asimismo, usted lo ratificó que no lo tenia por escrito en ningún documento El servicio Wifi está garantizado en las zonas comunes, y justamente en el 2019 lo proveímos de fibra para poder ofrecer una plena cobertura. Lamentamos que no se indique lo que justamente se le ofrece que en todo momento se ha detallado a su reserva. Plancha en recepción, correctamente tal y como indica, su valoración del desayuno, tomamos nota para tenerlo en cuenta y nos esforzaremos en mejorar; y el contacto con dirección, por supuesto que está disponible en el complejo en todo, pero si la necesidad de contactar a las 23:00 h. de la noche con dirección que es para indicar que no hay lavadora, en el apartamento, entendemos que la gestión la realizó la compañera del departamento de recepción y que tal como usted detalla, de manera exquisita. Lo que si le agradezco, es su amabilidad en valorar el servicio del equipo del Aparthotel Comtat Sant Jordi. Cordialmente,

What a great location and a beautiful place to spend your vacation. The two bedroom apartment was lovely with a wide open deck that let in a nice light with a table a chairs to enjoy your coffee. All the essentials needed to cook, very clean, and close to the kids play area. Will certainly return in a few months for another vacation.

Holiday in Oct so the pool was closing that day. We did see seagulls bathing in the pool! Apartment was nice, bar was empty and only saw the restaurant open one day. I booked this venue because they had kids room and pool table etc. As it rained the whole time we were disappointed that they took the pool table away! Think if they advertise activities they should be available for the duration of our stay! Plenty of shops and places to eat in main strip, 10 minutes walk away.

This hotel may not have brand new facilities and is a little out of the way, but the price is really reasonable for a place with fully equipped rooms and a very nice pool area.

Great staff helpfulness, but...

Pros: Front desk friendliness and attentiveness.
Cons: Better cleaning, some method to de-odour the bathroom, reducing the aircon noise, less late-night music
Location: Wonderful location. Beach is obvious. Cap Roig Botanic Gardens is a must visit.
I got a phone call 1 hour before check-in to confirm I was coming, which gave me a warm feeling. Unfortunately everything went downhill from that. The bathroom smelt bad, the room immediately needed sweeping and mopping by myself (glad of the provided mop and broom), and the habit of loud music entertainment in the courtyard until late every night meant I had to change my sleeping habit. The aircon condenser on my balcony, which seems to take care of multiple apartments, makes a motorcycle-like noise and is on again off again at irregular times. My own aircon was not plugged in so I had to figure out that the plug was behind the sofa and DIY. Probably great for people who just want their holiday to consist of lounging around the pool by day and partying to loud music by night.
