House of 90m2 located in one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Brava only 2km from the beach and 32km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed over two floors with access to the community pool open all year and tennis court. We find on the main floor: dining area, living room with sofa bed for 2 guests, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and garden. On the upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 full bathroom with shower. It has all kinds of equipment such as dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
