LA DOLCE VILLA: a charming Mediterranean place with a beautiful relaxing garden

La Dolce Villa is a perfect spring / summer getaway for friends or family. The house is located on the corner of a quiet private street: a beautiful garden surrounds the property with the scents of typical Mediterranean trees and herbs (Fig, Rosemary. Bougainvillea). There is a beautiful large patio where you can spend time relaxing, dining, chilling out on comfortable couches and lounge chairs or just having fun: a wonderful old dining table can host comfortably 10 people for breakfast, dinner or lunch. This nice table is situated outside, with easy access from the kitchen. There is also a professional barbecue place where you can test you grilling skills.
We have to say that the real "unique star" of the outdoor area is a professional Italian wood stove to cook (and eat). If needed, we can put you in contact with a professional Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef) who will cook all your favorite hand-made traditional pizzas, right in front of you ... in your villa with your friends and family. Not just "eating Italian" yet "fully experiencing the Italian classic food in a typical Mediterranean beach house.
The house is very entertaining, great for fun or quiet relaxation on a very private backyard. Great for families or friends vacationing together.
The restoration of the building was just completed. The whole villa has been beautifully renovated to make it even more comfortable, charming and suitable to all your needs.
This fully equipped villa itself is around 400 square meters and has 2 floors:
-The ground level offers an extremely large open concept main living space featuring a huge living room, the big patio and a spacious fully equipped kitchen (including a useful pantry for cooking, a working fire place, a private BBQ and a dishwasher). There is a master bedroom with private bathroom (with charming "cave shower") and direct access to the garden. An additional large bathroom with shower completes this level
-The upper level includes 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom and 2 terraces overlooking the garden. The largest room serves as the master bedroom with direct access to the private terrace.
In the house you will find:
-Pantry plenty of pots / pans and utensils, new stove / oven and microwave
-Washing machine and dishwasher
-TV, DVD, iPod stereo system
-Linens, comforters, towels and pillows
-Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys
-Outside Shower
-Parking area inside and outside the property.

La Dolce Villa is right in the center of the Cilento National Park and the Marine Protected Area (all the beaches). "Zona Lago" is an exclusive area of Santa Maria di Castellabate featuring beautiful homes, Mediterranean trees, a beautiful beach, grocery store and many great eateries and bars near the harbor. All within a walking distance, including a good tennis court.
We are 10 minute drive to the town, 20 minute drive to Castellabate, the ancient yet entertaining medieval village: World Heritage Site of UNESCO (a must visit!), 40 minute drive to Paestum Archeological Site where the most beautiful ancient Greek Temples symbolize the long history of the cultural area.
Guests have access to everything. We use this house and it is not a full time rental. We expect guests to treat it with the respect that they would their own home.
