The place is magnificent. Not even a 5 star will qualify to the level of attention that is beyond any expectation. Great location and heavenly views to the mountains.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and the property very peaceful. The view was stunning!

The property has a sensational view. The room was large and comfortable, although the shower is very narrow. The staff was mixed. Some very friendly and helpful, others rather rude in enforcing strict hotel rules (like what dining table you are assigned).
Would stay again for the view alone. Very nice indoor pool as it was too cold to be at the nice looking outdoor pool.

The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible and a highlight of the trip. The gardens were also most beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well.
A coffee pot in the room and a fan ( since there is no a/c) would have been most welcomed

Our experience at Mirabell exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was wonderful, Marian was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. The grounds and property were beautiful we enjoyed the pool, restaurant, amenities and farm - complete with chickens. And the garden was lovely. Mirabell is conveniently located just up the hill from village center and close to the lifts and cable cars of Siusi and Seceda. We hope to visit again someday!
