Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house. Bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "La Merangola" 14 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 20 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 12 km. Sehr empfehlenswert
Schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit toller Aussicht. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet mit immer wieder kleinen Sitzgruppen umgeben von Grün. Der Pool ist eine Wucht, hat uns riesigen Spaß bereitet und ist der absolute Blickfang des umzäunten Geländes. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen und man kann sehr schnell tolle Ausflugsziele wie Chiusi und Castiglione del Lago (mit Auto beides ca. 20Min), wie auch Perugia (ca. 50Min) erreichen. Wir haben das Haus, den Pool und die tolle Gegen sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen:-)
