Every thing was great, luxurious
We could not use the outside pool mid october that is normal so we have to stay again next year with great pleasure

Excellent property , delightful , very helpful owner (Sandy) and delicious breakfast each morning . One minor point was a bit of a surprise . It only appeared two couples (including us) were staying the two nights we were were, yet of the six apartments (4 with fantastic views) we were putting a back facing ground floor apartment - looking at a wall(as were the other couple right above us). Maybe the rooms with fantastic views overlooking the valley were reserved with those who directly booked ? Still a beautiful room and property and would highly recommend, and we would return in a heartbeat. But next time I’d inquire about specific room placement and ask for room with a valley view.

Dear Michael,Thanks for your appreciation and for your nice words.About the assignment of the apartment, it shouldn’t be a surprise since we assign you exactly the apartments you booked and choose in Expedia, where the apartments are clearly described as well as on our web site, including maps and pictures.Since our apartments are all different and inspired to different styles it happens very often that the guests choose the ones you and the other couple booked for their style and because they are the most quiet or to meet a budget or because they are on the South-East side with a fantastic sunshine in the morning that makes them perfect for having private breakfast or for many other reasons..Pertinace have a nice patio and Falletti a big terrace and both are facing the garden, as shown on the web site.Our staff is always very careful to guest expectations and available to propose a different accomodation, when available, on our guests request. We didn’t had the feeling that the accomodation was not fully satisfactory for you and in fact you appreciated it very much. The other apartment with view (Pavese) was having an early check-in the day of your departure and Colbert, Napoleone and Cavour are much bigger and suitable for two couples or families All these apartments were available when you booked your one, this is the reason why we assumed you booked exactly the one that was better meeting your needs.We hope to see you soon again at Villa Vitae and we remain at your disposals to support you finding the best accomodation for you.Kind regards

Excellent property. The accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed the kitchenette and outdoor dining area for a couple of our lunches. Extremely clean and well kept and the staff were so professional and friendly. Breakfast in our room for the first 4 days was very special as well. Will definitely stay here again !!!!!
