Absolutely beautiful views and the staff truly go out of their way to accommodate all of your needs. Amazing food in all 3 dining areas

Staff was wonderful. Bed super comfortable facilities are nice.. hot tub didn’t work while we were there. But overall it was wonderful! Very relaxing and quiet.

I highly recommend Stolen Time you won't be disappointed.. I have to say I fell in love with St. Lucia but the Hotel and the attention of the Staff was above and beyond of what I was expecting.. When I go again to St. Lucia I will be staying again here at the Stolen Time without a doubt. The hotel is very clean and the events that they have daily at night were incredible awesome. I do have to say that the staff is super friendly and that is also very important. My trip was so much fun and that was thanks to Stolen Time.

The beach service from Anita and Michael was excellent!
All food was fabulous! Loved trying new food choices.Waitstaff was so attentive. The grounds were lush and beautiful. Beach was so beautiful. Stayed 10 days and want to stay longer next time!

Im an avid traveler, I have never left a review prior to this as I believe most reviews are subjective. I always make the most of all trips however I feel as if I was literally robbed from this establishment. We had the premium pool front room and had no hot water upon arrival. I met with management almost daily and they refused to discuss a partial credit and said it would be discussed upon the correction of the issue. I said I wanted to know the resolution and not get offered a $50 credit after our departure. Other visitors were up to their 10th day with cold water. Resort was booked so no provisions were available other than the gym shower or carrying your clothing to an alternate room shower(before other parties check in/arrival). On the 5th day we came back in the evening to sewerage in our room and demanded to leave the resort. We were sent to their sister resort for the last 3 days. Due to our late arrival to the sister resort we were only able to use their "premium" services for 1 of the 3 days. I was told the sister resort was more expensive and it offset cost negated any real credit. I was offered $50 a day credit after I returned home. I reached out again to management and no response since, so I figured to share my story. I was unable to enjoy my stay, Im sure my experience there made the food, drinks and location feel subpar. Beach not private and next to a cemetery. Most of visitors are British and were too kind to comment. good luck if you choose here

We travel a lot to different exotic destinations around the world. Stolentime Rendevous simply exceeded all of our expectations. Starting with the ride from the airport, to the initial cold towel for our heads upon arrival and delicious welcome punch we knew we were in for a treat of a week.
The Staff was absolutely amazing, attentive, well trained to treat their guests with the highest level of service we’ve ever experienced.
Then there was the FOOD! It’s difficult to put into words how amazing each and every meal was at Stolentime. The attention to detail on each a-la-carte dish for both lunch and dinner was truly incredible. When I say we were blown away with the quality, freshness and variety of dishes each day, is an understatement. Having 5 star lunches on the beach with our feet in the sand at Malabar was pure bliss. Each bite, each meal was better than the last.
The gardens were beautiful, the private pools along the lazy river were something out of a fantasy. The servers were always there re-filling drinks and all happy to do so. Tasha, the pool Cocktail server was amazing. Her famous phrase of ”NIIIIICEEEE” was so funny, calming and reassuring that our relaxing vacation was going to continue all week. The event coordinator, also the personal trainer at the gym brought great energy as we participated in woman vs. men Olympics (which the men won 😉).
I would recommend this resort to everyone and we surely will be going back in the near future to enjoy!

The hotel is dated. Rooms need modernising. For an all-inclusive hotel the room fridge is empty and remains so. It doesn’t even fit in the cabinet as the furniture is old. And so are the hotel guests! It’s like being on a Saga holiday. Great shame as I booked it following a decent review in The Times!! The beach villas are like static caravans! There are far nicer hotels in St Lucia.
